Do you appreciate the perennial reliability of a Toyota car, truck, or SUV, with plenty of new EV opportunities?

Then pay close attention to what Toyota's offering in their 2023 lineup. Below is a sneak preview of what you'll find when you investigate one of their latest models at an Island Auto Group dealership.

2023 Toyota 4Runner

Although the 4Runner keeps the same design in 2023, there are a few tweaks to its color selection, along with new safety features, like blind-spot warning. Toyota replaced the Army Green color with Solar Octane, and made about 4,000 units of a 40th anniversary Special Edition with bronze wheels, 4WD, and special color choices.

2023 Toyota bZ4X

Toyota's new EV gives the driver a solid 252 miles of all-electrical range with certain configurations. You can also equip it with either AWD or 4WD, and it comes with sizable interior components, including a digital gauge cluster.

2023 Toyota Corolla

Its 2023 re-haul comes with new front-end fascia, larger daytime running lights, and every trim has the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 system. The Corolla also carries two new exterior paint choices: Inferno and Blue Crash Metallic.


2023 Toyota Corolla Cross

This was a brand new model last year, whereas the newest edition includes a hybrid powertrain. Its 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine actually goes along with three electric motors, capable of a combined 194 horsepower. 

2023 Toyota GR Corolla

Here's another Corolla version, which features a 300 hp, turbocharged 3-cylinder engine with splitting power distribution between front and rear wheels. This is yet another reliable selection for fuel economy since it gets 32 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway.

2023 Toyota Camry

The primary addition to this year's Camry is the popular Nightshade edition, equipped with 19-inch bronze wheels, and three new paints. Of particular note is the Hybrid Powertrain option with its 53 mpg highway fuel efficiency.

2023 Toyota Crown

Not to be confused with the old Crown model from the 1970s, this brand new series also offers several engine options. One of those, the Hybrid Max Powertrain, delivers a solid 340 hp for this sturdy sedan.

2023 Toyota Sequoia

This one's been around a while, but Toyota has revamped this SUV model with a tougher, boxier exterior framework. It also retires its older V8 engine for a twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V6, paired with an electric motor, a 10-speed automatic transmission, and 437 hp.

Minor Changes . . .

Toyota has several other models that underwent only minor changes. Those include the Tacoma, Tundra, Venza, Sienna, Rav4, Highlander, GR Supra, and GR86.
