Are you ready for what Subaru has coming your way with their reliable and affordable 2023 models?
We hope so because there is plenty of anticipation for updates to models like the Crosstrek, Legacy, and Ascent. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect to see from this year's impressive lineup of sedans, SUVs, and a new electric vehicle.
2023 Subaru Ascent
Since this is Subaru's largest model, complete with third-row seating, you won't say no to this model's new EyeSight, driver assist technology. It gives the Ascent several safety upgrades such as electric brake booster, new camera equipment, and smooth driving. The infotainment items are better now, too, with a 11.6-inch touchscreen and nifty voice magnification features with its Cabin Connect system. That allows drivers to communicate with passengers all the way back in the third row.
2023 Subaru Crosstrek
The Crosstrek has a new Special Edition, featuring Desert Khaki paint, and other stylistic adjustments. It also offers three different engine options, including a plug-in hybrid version capable of 17 miles of all-electric driving.
2023 Subaru Forester
There's only a few minor adjustments for the newest Forester edition. The 2023 version also benefits from the EyeSight software, giving the driver a wider field of view.
2023 Subaru Legacy
Along with a few structural updates to the front and rear, this mid-size Sedan comes with new engine options. If you select the Sport or Touring XT trims, you'll enjoy its solid 260-hp, turbocharged 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine. This model also benefits from the new EyeSight program and electric brake booster.
2023 Subaru Outback
Subaru made enhancements to the Outback's front fascia in addition to classy new wheel arches. This hefty wagon model also gets a new wide-angle camera along with an LCD rearview camera mirror. Now, every trim package comes with all-wheel-drive.
2023 Subaru Solterra
Subaru enters the EV market with the Solterra, based on the Toyota Bz4X's mechanical platform. It delivers between 218 and 222 miles of electric driving depending on trim selection. The Solterra's dual motors generate 215 horsepower with standard AWD.
No Changes (Subaru WRX, BRZ, & Impreza)
There are no updates to the WRX, BRZ, or Impreza models in 2023.
